Final pricing is confirmed during the consultation or at the time of booking confirmation.

Booking and Appointments
Appointments may be booked through our online booking form, by telephone at +61292401169, by email at fakori@hotmail.com, or in person at our salon. A booking request submitted through the website does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation from our team. We aim to respond to all booking requests within 24 hours during business days. Confirmed appointments are subject to our cancellation policy, which requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 50% of the booked service price. Deposits paid for bridal packages or services exceeding $300 are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis when reasonable evidence is provided. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.
Payment Terms
All prices displayed on our website and in the salon are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made for corporate accounts or special events. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Gift vouchers and loyalty programme credits may be applied toward eligible services as specified in the programme terms. Refunds for services are handled in accordance with our service guarantee policy and Australian Consumer Law.
